Does that mean they might change the market maker back to 100 units instead of 10... as a bigger player I would be more inclined to stay if that was the case.

As another side note... what about investing the money that is held in trust in a better investment?
iPredict can sortof be thought of as an insurance company, where the money is paid in before it is paid out again. i.e. float.
Only the policy risk in this case is "meant" to be zero for iPredict,
I don't know about you guys, but the idea of a business having effectively interest fr

humm..
Looking at this from the iPredict point of view, the money that is made via the deposits (interest in the Trust account) looks to be now and especially when interest rates rise to make iPredict less money.
The simplicity argument seems illogical for iPredict also, which in turn tells me that perhaps they don't have the programmers (due to financial reasons) to write the code... Since

As per the legal definition it seems to me that, if say I put in $10,000 and win say $50,000, then I withdraw that $50000... my cumulative total therefore (as per legal definition) would be -$40,000
Was this supposed to be the case?

Sounds good, however as a 4th year Victoria Uni student it's a bit of a waste of money to have a new iPhone, iPad or new phone so have have never coded them or have a platform to test on.
Also is university exam time... but if anyone wants to team up, write most of the code, test it and I'll just add suggestions and/or build some graphics for it let me know via PM or matt

How about instead of an increase in fees the money that is invested is put into a higher savings account?
Am not sure where the money is currently sitting, but could be a thought.

Well this is the start of the year, and "whose last day was Friday, has left a crucial vacancy"
Friday being the 31st December 2010 seems to make it clear that that was his last day.
However I do see your point; how about you short the stock, I buy it and we see who wins?

Indeed it was, haven't logged in for a month or so and realised I was shorting it when it jumped 60% today so someone must have noticed before me.
Still doesn't quite win me back from losing $1500 on UK and Auckland elections, but is a new year to try get that back. p.s. yes it was me moving the market to all those who won.

New post from Washington Post:

"...The departure of National Economic Council director Lawrence H. Summers, whose last day was Friday, has left a crucial vacancy in the president's inner policy circle as the economy remains his top domestic focus and shapes up to be the No. 1 issue of his 2012 reelect

Would this post today by Laws change anything here:

The legislation required to gazette the Minister's decision on the dual spelling of Wangas, HAS NOT HAPPENED. In fact, it will require a special law with that specific purpose and i

Indeed that was me, except I'm pretty sure there was at least 2 more people trading at the same time, one possibly doing a multitrade so I got to one stock first and couldn't really shortsell the other as someone had already done that.
As well someone seemed to be selling the losing stock in what looked like an automatic arbitrage on all the stocks, I could be wrong but that's what it looked lik

And hopefully that Absolute majority.. which seems rather underpriced based on the current results released.. Tories only 35 seats on the current percentage points from becoming an absolute majority.
