Exchange rate NZ:US weekly contract

Will the RBNZ record the value of the NZ dollar has increased against the US dollar this week?

Why is this so low today - only needs to close above .7945? It's .7940 now but has gone up and touched over .7950 twice this hour :

looks to be going up to test again, yet I think I'm missing something everyone else knows so not confident to buy and lose :-/

edit : I see now, probably someone with advanced information? already out at around .793 - what time of day is this measured?

The page says: "Average as at 11:10 am for period ended"

It's hard to know their methodology, or why it takes them so long to post the number if it's supposed to be ending at 11:10am on that date.

I'd be interested if anyone else has more information on how they actually measure and report this.
