Judging:
For the purposes of this contract, re-appointment means Mr Heatley has accepted an offer to become a Minister.
This contract is unaffected by whether the appointment is to in or outside Cabinet. This contract is unaffected by the allocation of portfolio(s).

A "temporary" or "interim" appointment will satisfy the terms of this contract and cause it to close at $1 if it affects this person.
This contract will closed based on when the appointment will take effect. Any appointment of Mr Heatley must take effect in 2010 for this contract to pay $1. iPredict will take the date Mr Heatley's Ministerial Warrant is signed by the Governor General, or when Mr Heatley commences duties in a Ministerial capacity, whichever is earlier, as when the appointment takes effect.
