iPredict stock averages

For a while now I have been frustrated with the average-price column on the iPredict portfolio screen. The averages detail the total averages paid for a given stock - even if one has long since sold some or all of a given stock. Effectively this distorts the current average.

I'm probably not alone in wanting to see the current averages of what I have paid for a particular stock.

Perhaps the portfolio interface should be modified to include both historical and current averages.

What exactly would the 'current' average be?

How would you calculate that?

Could you give us a detailed example?
