Other to win Kelston

Can anyone give a hint as to why this has risen so much? None of the candidates seem very high-profile.

When it first started rising a couple of months ago I thought maybe Laila Harre was standing, and given she came close to winning Waitakere in 2002 that seemed fairly logical.

But that's not happening, I can only presume someone's betting on themselves.
