how does it work

there is a stock on bitcoin that pays out 1 cent for a price in a $100 range.
the current market is buying at about 65c.
i think the actual price will be zero or close to it. how do i buy to get that sort of price? if i short sell on the ccurrent market price am i not still effectivley buying at 35c?
