Stock updates?

How often are the stock change times likely to update?
i currently have been waiting on the one saying NZ first to hold balance of power after the next election and go with labour to buy some more

Not entirely sure what you're asking. If you're asking when are stocks you purchase reflected by the probability display when browsing stocks, the answer is instantly. As soon as you buy / sell stocks, the probability on the browse page will reflect the most recent trade. Of course if you make a trade, and someone else makes a trade right after you, the probability will reflect their trade and not your's.

If this isn't what you're asking, please clarify, because I have no idea what "stock change times" means.
