Ron Paul to win at least one Republican caucus or primary in 2012

What qualifies as a win in the caucuses? delegates aren't awarded until the state convention, if ron paul wins the
most delegates in a state does that count?

He would need to be generally recognised as having won by the GOP, CNN, Fox etc

Except that we have already been through this when Santorum was subsequently declared to have won Iowa i.e. the declared winner of the night, Romney, was held to be the winner for the purposes the contract
