Spaceman, thanks for the query. The Standard contract paid out based on an announcement before 1 May, as there hasn't been an announcement the contract has been closed. However, this contract [www.ipredict.co.nz] pays out based on when the documents were filed so if the papers were filed on Monday, then the contract could still pay out at $1, so we do need to confirm that before we close it. It's up to the market to determine whether that's a good buy or sell.

Just to clarify the admin comment on FILE.COLLINS.28APR, surely you mean if the documents were filed before Saturday 28 Apr, per the contract terms? I understand that if such a filing were announced on Monday or Tuesday, then the contract would pay a dollar, but a filing on Monday (30 Apr) would not meet the criteria of filing before 28 Apr, and pay $0 surely?
