Based on current media coverage (see [www.google.co.nz] ) including the possibility of litigation, we will keep this one open for a little longer. There is an outside chance at least they could decide to abandon Australia and come to New Zealand, by sea or air.

Can I get a clarification on this? Will it stay open on the possibility that they might pop over for a weekend to go skiing? There's as much chance that they will be here as that they will be hitting the Remarkables... Hell, give it the 2.5c 2 day rule?

Fair enough. Will close in order to free up people's cash and will cross fingers they don't escape from detention and take that ski holiday.
