Buy order recorded twice

Placed on order to buy some OCR.50.2010 and accidentally hit the 'confirm' button twice. I thought I should check to see if the order was placed twice and it was.

I'm hopeful that this can be rectified and if it can't that members be aware of the possibility of placing two orders when intending only one.

Ok, thanks for tihs. We used to disable the button after one click, presumably bringing this back in would solve this.
