That's the phrase I've been reading in media - inspired, perhaps, by the lord mayor label used in Sydney. I'll do a bit of research. The contract will not usefully depend on the term Lord Mayor actually being used - the point is to ask a) if one mayor of all Auckland will rule them all and b) who will it be
