Hmmm, the site seems to be in decline now...

There is a market for sites like this, just look at intrade (RIP). If the site is not profitable with only NZ traders maybe they should make it a bit easier for overseas traders to deposit and withdraw money (e.g. by Paypal). There is huge potential for this site if it can draw an international market.
