Increase The Fees?

It seems that new features on ipredict are not being actively developed. I assume the primary reason is lack of funds.

Perhaps, the fees should be increased. Or maybe higher fees just for the top 100 traders. I would be willing to fork over some dough to get a few features implemented.

Fees are currently very low, in my opinion. Any thoughts?
