Level of Admin

I dont know what the total pool of money invested in iPredict is, but now that it's getting a bit bigger it would be somewhat confidence inspiring to have admin that is reliably prompt.

*stares at petrol stocks*

I'm not complaining exactly, more requesting a certain level of fastidiousness that tells it's users the site won't disappear into an unmaintained blackhole.
