Stock by date

Is it possible to have the option to sort stock by date - date launched or closing
I know that stock does show when it's closing soon but that is only for a handful of days
I know that the close date is on all the stocks but rather than opening each one to see when it's closing a click or two on your mouse would save time
Could also more money moves around as people won't have to have it tied up in stock

Problem is for a lot of stocks the closing date is unknown. How do we know when the next TVNZ breakfast host will be appointed, for example? Sorting on opening date may be marginally useful.
