Long Description
This contract pays $1 a referendum is held on changing the New Zealand national anthem before the next election; otherwise this contract will close at $0.
Judging Criteria
This contract will pay $1 if at any point before the next election a referendum is held on changing the national anthem. This includes if a questions is added to the flag referendum. This contract will close after any such referendum takes place before the next election, likely to occur in the second half of 2017.

This contract will be closed no later than 3 working days after the Close Date. The Close Date may be extended if the event outcome cannot be determined by that date.
