You should really be able to organize stocks by: trade volume: highest or lowest time till close: highest or lowest date created: newest or oldest category: (politics, economy etc) largest movers: largest gains or largest dropsby ltgorman - Feature Requests
Damnit. That pretty much leaves the door wide open. Should have paid more attention to the contract.by ltgorman - Closed Stocks
Worst decision ever. Isn't the development likely to lead into a new logo? Maybe i didnt read the contract definition properly.by ltgorman - Closed Stocks
JP Morgans analysis... for what its worth.... "There are four reasons we believe the RBNZ will deliver a rate cut. First, it will support the dovish commentary delivered by the Governor after the April decision. Second, it may prevent domestic banks from raising their mortgage rates, even though funding costs are elevated. Third, the RBNZ probably will make further downward revisions to iby ltgorman - Closed Stocks

I don't think its past the worst. The births and deaths model the Bureau of Labor Statistics uses managed to add 220,000 jobs to the raw figures. As an example 77,000 of these "jobs" came from the Leisure and Hospitality sector. But you should also consider hotel occupancy is down 11% on the same time last year. The U6 unemployment figure is at 16.4% Which makes morby ltgorman - Closed Stocks
Is it feasible to be given the option to change your trader name? Assuming there isn't large demand you could implement by forum request - rather than developing a feature on the actual website? So ummm... can i change my name?by ltgorman - Feature Requests
NONE is underpriced tbh. I don't think any of the logos work. The best one is easily the blue dotted one, but it says nothing.by ltgorman - Closed Stocks
I don't know how seriously these are taken or if they have any influence: QuoteThe latest New Zealand Manufacturers and Exporters Association (NZMEA) Survey of Business Conditions completed during May 2009, shows total sales in April 2009 decreased 59% (export sales decreased by 53% with domestic sales down 62%) on April 2008. The NZMEA survey sample this month covered NZ$423m in annualby ltgorman - Closed Stocks
Yeah i read the Alibaba one, assumed it was sourced correctly. But cant find anything on Reuters either. Was posting from my iphone so didnt check it out properly.by ltgorman - Closed Stocks
Given we have a long year ahead, and many commentators and economists are still preaching doom, i think this is an easy cheap stock to pick up. I know the media is laying on the green shoots talk quite thickly lately, but it seems a bit premature, especially for the US who are still shedding half a million jobs a month, and credit card companies are reporting default rates of upwards of 10%.by ltgorman - Closed Stocks
I thought they were an integral part of any happy stock market. Surprised they are already not on the future feature list.by ltgorman - Feature Requests
i thought there were still a few votes to finalize funding and a couple of court cases. Haven't been following lately though.by ltgorman - Closed Stocks

I can't sell stock when using Chrome. On the confirm trade page the confirm and cancel buttons have no effect, they just leave you stuck on that page. So effectively unable to sell stock. Everythign works fine on IE, havent tried firefox. This arose today. Worked fine yesterday.by ltgorman - Bug Report
I wouldn't want to be given stocks in anything automatically. From your example it reads as though you would get -100 drinkwater at starting price 0cents. Also this is only a partial solution to a larger problem. I.e it wouldn't help with the pricing of single stocks such as temperature stocks or the copyright stock.by ltgorman - General

Probably don't need an article to tell you this, but: "After a year of almost unbroken improvement in affordability the trend has reversed in March and April."by ltgorman - Closed Stocks

Any addition will be to address the virulence, which should run alongside the phase system I gather. I'm currently short as the virus doesn't seem to be catching in Europe. The worst case so far is Spain, but it is not sustained human to human transmission.by ltgorman - Closed Stocks
Hold the phone: "Statistics New Zealand (SNZ) said today the 2.9 percent fall in the sales volumes was double the previous largest falls of 1.4 percent seen in March 1997 and last June." "The value of total retail sales for the March quarter fell a seasonally adjusted 1.5 percent or $236m. That was the fourth consecutive quarterly fall, and the largest since March 1997, whby ltgorman - Closed Stocks
