Can I clarify - if the Fed makes an announcement that it is keeping rates on hold at its September meeting. But then accounces that it is raising them in its October meeting and puts this into place immediately. How will the FED.RISE.SEP contract close?

Good point - the SEP contract should close at $0 as it is the result of the OCT. I will adjust the contracts to reflect this.
