Serco to lose Mt Eden contract by 1st January 2016

Please clarify the conditions for closure, it appears the market doesn't think today's announcement satisfies the conditions.

"The purpose of this contract is to forecast whether or not Serco will remain as the operator of Mt Eden prison throughout 2015.."

The purpose of this contract is to forecast whether or not Serco will remain as the operator of Mt Eden prison throughout 2015. To lose the Mt Eden contract refers in any way to a change in management, including the shift to another private provider or government intervention. If the company Serco changes its name or is rebranded then the contract will shift to the new company. If Serco goes bankrupt or for any reason ceases to operate Mt Eden prison before 1st January 2016 this contract will close at $1.

To close at $1 this would require that Serco no longer operate Mt Eden prison in 2015.
