BOE.UP.Q12011

Bank of England to increase the Bank Rate in Q1 2011

This contract pays $1 if the Bank of England increases the Bank Rate in the first quarter of 2011. Otherwise this contract pays $0.

This contract refers to the Bank Rate decisions taken by the Bank of England Monetary Policy Committee at meetings which COMMENCE in January through March 2011 (inclusive), and without regard to timing of the announcement of decisions from that meeting.

This contract will close after the announcement of the Bank Rate decision from the last scheduled meeting of a quarter.

An increase in the Bank Rate is defined relative to the Bank Rate set at the previous meeting of the Committee, whether in this quarter or not. For example, a large reduction followed by a small increase in the Bank Rate will cause this contract to close at $1.

iPredict reserves the right to delay closing this contract while it seeks additional information.
