Now I may be having a bit of a foggy day but I can't find a thread for the QV stocks and I'm trying to work just how these stocks are being judged. Are they year on year, quarter on quarter or what?

The latest stocks don't have a thread yet. The old thread is in the closed stocks forum which had a discussion on the judging criteria. I believe the basis is year on year.

Thanks andrew, you're right on the mark and I'm now left thinking these stocks are undervalued although the very low rate of trading may have a bearing on this.

It seems everyone thinks the stock QV.UP.OND.10 (QV national property values to increase in October AND November AND December 2010) will close with a value of 0.

The graph at [www.qv.co.nz] shows a fall for December relative to September. Is this enough to close the stock off?
