Hi there,
If you hover over the 'i' button it shows you an explanation of the Performance calculation:

"This chart shows your performance according to your return on investment (ROI) over the past few weeks. This chart is updated nightly.
ROI is the ratio of earnings to amount deposited over the lifetime of your account. For example, if you put in $10, did some trading and got your net worth to $15, then your earnings are $5 and your ROI is +50%.
ROI is calculated as follows:
(Current Net Worth + Total Cash Withdrawn) / (Total Cash Deposited) - 1"
