Closed Stocks

MOC11.BANKS has closed but CAB11.BANKS has not.

I have short positions in both.

I received my zero payout but did not receive my $114 payout as a result.

Why aren't they both closing?

Because the condition for CAB11.BANKS has not been satisfied.

That doesn't make sense.
If MOC11.BANKS has closed, then Banks is outside cabinet, meaning that he isn't inside cabinet.
Therefore, CAB11.BANKS must close at zero.
