There is no obligation on the parties for an immediate announcement so this will stay open a few more days.

Nope. Fine with me. And while I understand the rationale about the lack of obligation to announce that the deal has gone unconditional, I suggest that an announcement probably would be released fairly quickly, so can I suggest the April 28 stock could also be closed on, say, Tuesday?
