What will the Reserve Bank of Australia set the cash rate to on 3 March?

With most economists picking No Change in March, theres plenty to be made longing No Change or even 25 points.

I'm going in long on the low priced stocks. Why the other stocks are so high is beyond me.

Yup, the short description should also exclude "no change". Otherwise if there is no change, according to the short description the contract should pay $1.

Yeah, that's what most economists are picking - because they meet every month they can decide again in early April so not under pressure to move at all.

ipredict initially started this one at around 30 cents, but because the marketmaker was at "1 share" intervals, someone shorting it pushed the price right down before they went to 25 share units.

I'd say we will see it move up back to around 30 cents in the lead up to the announcement next week.

Looks even more certain to be "No Change".

Yep, that's twice I've been burned by the RBA. I feel like those NZ companies that expand into Australia and learn the hard way it's a different market

i bought 50 NC and 50 .25 a few days ago when they were both around 10c-15c.

figured it was a pretty good bet it would be one or the other.
