Tutorials not Working

The tutorials have never worked for me. I click on them and the frame does come, but no matter how long I wait I never see a player and video. I have tried and experienced the same thing on multiple computers, using different OS's and browsers.

Have others had the same issue?

They don't work for me either.

I can't get them to work in Chrome. I'm using a Mac running 10.6.8. They work fine in Safari but not in Firefox (both browsers that I have abandoned).
