Recession 2009 stocks

I want to set up a collection of stocks aimed at answering the questions:

1. when will the economy turn around and

2. how bad will it get before it does.

Some ideas:

On 1:
GDP growth to be positive in Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4 2009 Q1/Q2 2010 (binaries)
(some already covered)
Unemployment rate to fall (relative to previous qtr) in Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4
2009 (binary)
When will property turn around: Nationalwide QV index change to be
positive in Mar/Apr/May/Jun/Jul/Aug/Sep/Ooct/Nov/Dec 2009 (binaries)
Will OCR increase before end June/Sep/Dec in 2009 (binary)

On 2:

how low will NZX go below 2250/2000/1750/1500 (binaries)
How low will Dow Go 6500/6000/5500/5000 (binaries)
Unemployment (already covered) (indexed)
OCR below 2.5%/2.0%/1.5%/1.0% in 2009

You could use some of the more popular economic idicators like Ted Spread, LIBOR and the Baltic index perhaps?
