New Zealand government to bail out Fisher & Paykel Appliances?

Could be drafted to include the government taking a majority shareholding in this company?

Another bailout contract...ugh. Let me think about it. Any thoughts on thresholds - the amount of money put in to qualify? $100 M?

Do you need a threshold? How about just a stock that the Govt gets involved with any amount of money.
