Correction: IRAN.DEAL.PASS

We have undertaken a full audit of the way this contract was worded and closed, and this has resulted in the identification that the contract lacked clarity and therefore was unable to be closed unambiguously.

In the interests of fairness to all traders we have chosen to void this contract, which means all traders will go back to the financial position they were in before they traded.

We apologise sincerely for this situation coming to pass. We endeavour to be as watertight as possible, unfortunately situations like this occasionally occur.

To clarify, does this only affect those traders that held a position (either carrying or shorting stocks) on closing?

Voiding this contract voids all trading on it, including those without stocks at the end.
