Long Description
This contract closes at $1 if the US Democratic Party holds the majority of seats in the US Senate after the 2016 election. Otherwise it will close at $0. The election is expected to take place on 8/11/2016.
Judging Criteria
This contract will close after Election Day once, in iPredict's sole opinion, a result is beyond doubt. iPredict reserves the right to delay closing while any uncertainty is resolved. This contract applies to the first US Senate election to be held after the launch of this contract, even if that election is not in 2016.
iPredict reserves the right to keep this contract open as long as it deems appropriate. iPredict's judgment is final.
This contract will be closed no later than 3 working days after the Close Date. The Close Date may be extended if the event outcome cannot be determined by that date.
