This contract pays $1 if the winner of the next election, scheduled to be held in 2016, for President of the United States of America, is female. Otherwise this contract pays $0.

Judging Criteria 

This contract applies to the next US Presidential Election, scheduled for 2016.

This contract will close once the next president of the United States is elected even if the event does not occur in the 2016 Presidential election.

The contract only concerns elected Presidents and will not pay out in the event of death, resignation, impeachment, or any other factor which leads to the next president being appointed.

A female candidate is any person who has XX chromosomes or defines their gender identity as female. Although, if in this case the gender of the candidate is contested, it must be confirmed via a public announcement by the President and with confirmation from a reputable source.

iPredict reserves the right to keep this contract open as long as it deems necessary.

iPredict's judgment is final.

This contract will be closed no later than 3 working days after the Close Date. The Close Date may be extended if the event outcome cannot be determined by that date.
