This contract pays $1 if Andrew Cuomo is selected as the US Democratic Party's nominee to contest the 2016 Presidential Election. Otherwise this contract pays $0
Judging Criteria
This contract applies to the next US Presidential Election, scheduled for 2016.
This contract will close once selection has formally been announced at the Democratic Party national convention. The candidate selected at convention will be final.
In the event the named candidate publicly and definitively states they will not seek or accept the Deomcratic Party nomination for the 2016 Presidential Election, or words to that effect, this contract will immediately close at $0.

This contract will be closed no later than 3 working days after the Close Date. The Close Date may be extended if the event outcome cannot be determined by that date.
