Judging Criteria

This contract will immediately close when a definitive announcement of the appointment of the next Secretary General of the United Nations is announced by a person holding suitable authority.
This contract will immediately close at $0 of a person other than Helen Clark is named as the next Secretary General of the United Nations.
"Next UN Secretary General" refers to a person different to the Secretary General of the United Nations at the launch of this contract.
This contract will be closed no later than 3 working days after the Close Date. The Close Date may be extended if the event outcome cannot be determined by that date.
