Long Description
This contract pays $1 if David Carter is announced as the next NZ High Commissioner from New Zealand to the United Kingdom. Otherwise it pays $0.
Judging Criteria
Announcement must be made by a person holding suitable authority.
This contract pays out based on the person that replaces Sir Lockwood Smith as New Zealand's High Commissioner to the United Kingdom.
If, after the launch of this contract, Mr Smith is re-appointed as NZ High Commissioner to the United Kingdom for a term or terms EXCEEDING 1 year in total from the scheduled end of his tenure as at the launch of this contract then this contract will immediately close at $0.
The appointment must be for a full accredited high commissioner role. This contract is not affected by the announcement of a temporary, interim or acting High Commissioner role.
The contract pays on announcement, not when the new ambassador takes up the position.
This contract will be closed no later than 3 working days after the Close Date. The Close Date may be extended if the event outcome cannot be determined by that date.
