Long Description
This contract pays $1 if Adam Feeley is Chief Executive and Director of the Serious Fraud Office on 2 January 2012. Otherwise this contract pays $0.
Judging Criteria
This contract will immediately close at $0 on announcement of Mr Feeley's resignation, ousting, or permanent departure for any reason from either (or both) of his positions as Chief Executive and Director of the SFO, provided departure takes effect at or before or at the start of 2 January 2012.
Mr Feeley's appointment as Joint Chief Executive or Joint Director of the SFO has no effect on this contract and will not cause this contract to close.
All dates in this contract refer to New Zealand time.
This contract will be closed no later than 3 working days after the Close Date. The Close Date may be extended if the event outcome cannot be determined by that date.
