Red Peak to become the official flag for New Zealand

Long Description

This contract will close at $1 if the Red Peak design becomes New Zealand's official flag, otherwise it will close at $0.

Judging Criteria 

The purpose of this contract is to determine the likelihood that the Red Peak flag will become the official national flag of New Zealand, after the results of the second flag referendum.

The contract will close upon official announcement made by the New Zealand government following the second flag referendum, of the current flag change consideration process, beginning 2015.

This contract is unaffected by the result of the first referendum, or any other other future attempts to change the flag.

iPredict reserves the right to hold this contract open for as long as it deems necessary. iPredict's decision is final.

This contract will be closed no later than 3 working days after the Close Date. The Close Date may be extended if the event outcome cannot be determined by that date.
