Long Description

This contract pays $1 if the Prime Minister of Australia as a result of the next Australian Federal Election was a candidate for the Australian Liberal Party in that election. Otherwise this contract closes at $0.

Judging Criteria 

For the purposes of this contract, "next" means the first Australian Federal election which occurs after the launch of this contract, regardless of whether that election occurs in 2016.

This contract will close when the result of the election is beyond reasonable doubt in iPredict's sole opinion. This contract will pay out based on the first person sworn in as Prime Minister of Australia as a result of the next Federal election, regardless of appeals or recounts, if any.

This contract is not affected by caretaker Prime Minister after the election.

If this party is renamed this contract will follow the renamed party.

This contract will be closed no later than 3 working days after the Close Date. The Close Date may be extended if the event outcome cannot be determined by that date.
