Judging Criteria
The purpose of this contract is to establish whether Charles, Prince of Wales will be Head of State for New Zealand by 1 January 2020.
For this contract to pay $1, it is sufficient that this change in Head of State is reported in www.stuff.co.nz and www.nzherald.co.nz or similar media outlet.
