This contract will close at $1 if the United States Detention Camp at Guantanamo Bay is closed before 2017; otherwise this contract will close at $0.

Judging Criteria 

This contract will close at $1 when confirmation from three reputable news sources confirms that all of the current 122 prisoners (as of 04/08/15) are moved from the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay before the end date of this contract. Where the prisoners are sent to - whether processed in US courts, sent to foreign countries, or some other occurrence - is of no concern to this contract. The primary aim of this contract is to predict specifically when the physical detention facility is ended - not when prisoners are released from the US government.
iPredict reserves the right to delay closing in order to seek advice on whether the terms of this contract are met.
By trading this stock, traders agree iPredict's decision on all matters is final.

This contract will be closed no later than 3 working days after the Close Date. The Close Date may be extended if the event outcome cannot be determined by that date.
