Long Description
This contract will close at $1 if greater than but not equal to 50% of the Total Vote in the second flag change referendum are votes for a new flag to be chosen. Otherwise it will close at $0.
Judging Criteria
For the purposes of this contract:
Total Vote is defined as (Yes votes + No votes + Informal votes)
The Informal vote percentage is defined as (Informal Votes/Total Vote x 100)
This contract will pay out based on preliminary results unless a conclusive result is unclear. These will be sourced from www.electionresults.govt.nz or www.elections.org.nz. In the event of discrepancy between the two sites, or suspected error in their data, iPredict reserves the right to seek clarification of preliminary results before judging this stock.
iPredict's judgment is final.
This contract will be closed no later than 3 working days after the Close Date. The Close Date may be extended if the event outcome cannot be determined by that date.
