Long Description
This contract pays $1 if the Green Party wins NO Electorate seats in the next General Election. Otherwise this contract pays $0.
Judging Criteria
This contract refers to ELECTORATE SEATS and not to List seats, for example, if the Green Party get 5% of the Party Vote, but win no Electorate seats, this contract will close at $1.
General and Maori Electorate seats are relevant to this contact.
iPredict will close this contract based on Official Results Declared (including Special Votes) BEFORE RECOUNTS. iPredict may close this contract based on preliminary results if in iPredict's sole view the result is beyond doubt.
In this contract; "next" refers to the first New Zealand General Election after this contract's launch.
If this party is renamed, this contract will follow the renamed party. If this party announces it will not stand at the next election, or the party is disbanded, then this contract will immediately close at $1. In the event that the Green Party formally merges with another party, this contract will follow the merged party.
This contract will be closed no later than 3 working days after the Close Date. The Close Date may be extended if the event outcome cannot be determined by that date.
