This contract pays $1 if New Zealand holds a referendum on changing its flag before 1 January 2017. Otherwise, it closes at $0.
Judging Criteria
The purpose of this contract is to determine the likelihood a referendum will be held on changing New Zealand's national flag by 2017.
This contract will close at $1 if a referendum on whether or not to change New Zealand's flag is held before 1 January 2017.
This contract will immediately close at $0 should a referendum on New Zealand's flag not be held before 1 January 2017.
This contract is unaffected by the result of a referendum on the New Zealand flag, and is only concerned about if a referendum is held.
iPredict's judgement is final.
This contract will be closed no later than 3 working days after the Close Date. The Close Date may be extended if the event outcome cannot be determined by that date.
